Electronic journals can be accessed in 2 ways:
1.) Use our Engineering Databases to search for journal articles.  Check COAST, journals to find the electronic and print journals that the Library subscribes to.

2.) Use the list below to browse free full-text electronic journals available on the Internet.  Many of these are trade publications (i.e. not peer-reviewed).

EEVL: The Internet Guide to Engineering, Mathematics and Computing
This site lists over 250 e-journals and allows users to search the journals using the Engineering E-journal Search Engine.

Engineering and Technology Journals
This site lists about 30 journals in Engineering/Material Science and Computers/IT.  It gives a brief description of the journal and where it is indexed.

Free Engineering Journals
This site gives a list of about 35 journals in Engineering.

DOAJ: Directory of Open Access Journals
This site covers over 1400 free, full text, quality-controlled scientific and scholarly journals.

This site lists over 100 journals from Japanese Professional Societies and allows users to search for articles.

Gateway Service Center of Chinese Academic Journal Publications
This site provides free delivery of full-text Chinese-language academic publications to researchers in the United States.

Highwire: Free Online Full-text Articles
This site has hundreds of free full text journals, mostly in the field of medicine.

NIST Data Gateway
Search for proprieties and substance data in the National Institute of Standards and Technology.  Also search the Journal of Physical and Chemical Reference Data (JPCRD). 

Scientific Electric Library Online-Brazil
This site provides access to 120+ scientific journals produced in Brazil including the Journal of the Brazilian Computer Society, Journal of the Brazilian Society of Mechanical Sciences, and the Journal of the Brazilian Society of Mechanical Sciences and Engineering.

Project Euclid
Browse or search about 50 journals from a "user-centered initiative to create an environment for the effecitve and affordable distribution of serial literature in mathematics and statistics."
