Minorities in Business: a Demographic Review 2007
This report provides information on minorities in the workforce and minority-owned businesses. The report uses data from the 2002 Survey of Business Owners from the U.S. Cemsus Bureau.

Information on financing, market opportunities and the preparation of financial proposals.

Minority Business Entrepreneur
Online bimonthly magazine "dedicated to the sucess of minority and women business owners", includes a resource directory and a dictionary of terms.

Minority Business Network

National Minority Business Council
For the small, minority and women owned business, "dedicated to providing business assistance, educational opportunities.."

Office of Economic Impact and Diversity
From the Department of Energy; unit responsible for determining "impacts of energy policies, programs, regulations, and other Departmental actions on under-represented communities, minority educational institutions, and small and women-owned business enterprises. ED's Program Support dollars are used for the functions of the Minority Economic Impact (MI) Programs.

National Black Chamber of Commerce
"Dedicated to economically empowering and sustaining African American communities through entrepreneurship and capitalistic activity within the United States"; representing over 64,000 black owned businesses.

Target Market News
"The Black Consumer Market Authority," with data and links to data on the black consumer as well as news.
