Concepts can be in Spanish, English or Portugese. However, use of Spanish keywords that describe the topic will provide a greater number of possible matches. English language searches return the next highest number of hits as some articles have English identifiers.

"Women and Attitudes" returns 9 hits (English)
"Mulheres and Atitude" returns 0 hits (Portugese)
