  Technical Problem Report
Please stop! Before submitting this form, please review our Access page to assure that your computer meets the requirements for using our resources, both on- and off-campus.  Thanks!

In order to respond as quickly as possible to your problem(s) with a particular CSULB Library Research Database or with accessing CSULB Library databases generally, we need you to provide us with answers for at least the questions marked with **. But, please, provide as much information as you can!

**What is your computer's operating system?
**How do you connect to the Internet?
If you chose "Other ISP" in the previous question, please tell us which ISP you are using?
**If you are connecting from off-campus, what type of connection device are you using?
