Publisher Copyright Transfer Agreements:
SHERPA/RoMEO is a database from the United Kingdom providing publisher information on their copyright statements. This database also gives information on each publishers policy on the author's ability to post open access preprints or postprints of their own papers.
United States Patent and Trademark Office Trademark Dispute Documents Online from January 2003 to present contains trademark trial and appeal board documents. You will need to search by proceeding number available at USPTO Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Information System Index (more searching options here).
Finding Patents by University of California, San Diego Library provides the steps in locating patents. This helps you find U.S., International and chemical patents.
Educational Use of Media by University of Pennsylvania. This site provides information on the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA) and 2006 exemptions.
