What version of Internet Explorer do I have?

The Internet Explorer version screen appears. If the version is less than 5.0, you MUST UPGRADE YOUR INTERNET EXPLORER! Even if your Internet Explorer version is 5.0, which is technically correct for using Library web applications, read the next paragraph for important information.
