What do I do if I don't use Internet Explorer or Netscape?

AOL, CompuServe, Prodigy and other browsers do not fully work when using Library web applications. In order for you to be successful using Library web applications, you must:
  • Minimize your AOL, CompuServe, Prodigy or other browser once you connect to the internet
  • Open either Netscape or Internet Explorer
  • Check the version of the Netscape or Internet Explorer version you opened
If you do not have Netscape or Internet Explorer installed on your computer, or if the Netscape version is less than 6.2 or Internet Explorer is version less than 5.0, you will have to download and install the software.

You can download Netscape or Internet Explorer, it is your choice.

Once you have downloaded and installed a new web browser, you're ready to check your browser to make sure it can use JavaScript, accept cookies and open Adobe Acrobat documents.
