  eReserves Problem Report
HELP!
In order for CSULB students to access Library eReserves Course Pages,  you must obtain the Course Page password from your instructor.  Reserve Services staff CANNOT provide students with Course Page passwords.

The eReserves service has the following web browser requirements:
  • Internet Explorer 5.0 and above OR Netscape 6.1 or above
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader version 5.0 or above
  • Your browser MUST be configured to "accept cookies"
  • Your browser MUST be configured to use JavaScript"
You can check your browser to make sure it is configured correctly to use eReserves by using the links below (a separate browser window opens for each link):

If no, please follow the links at the top of this page to make sure your browser meets the requirements and then try accessing your eReserves Course Page  again.
**Did you receive a specific error message?
If so, please tell us what the message said (a paraphrase is OK).
**What is your computer's operating system?
If you chose "Other" or are using a Macintosh computer, please tell us the operating system and version?
