CSULB Software Depot is the place faculty, staff, and students can download software licensed for use on personally owned computers. The popular Microsoft products are not available via the Depot due to licensing restrictions, but may be purchased at the University Computer store.

The  CSU Microsoft [opens new window] products, Vista and Office (pc and mac), are available for purchase at the University Computer store for use by faculty, staff and students on personally owned computers.

This software may be used on your personally owned computer primarily used for conducting CSULB business as well as your university owned computer.  Software installation always requires administrative privileges.  You may not have administrative privileges on your university owned computer. Please contact your division, department or college technologist for help.

Please contact your division, department or college technologist to request software installations on university owned computers.
