Missing a Course?BeachBoard Services automatically creates a BeachBoard course for every course taught at the University, however, not all courses are made available by instructors. Only courses from the current semester are visible under My Courses. To view a BeachBoard course from a previous semester, please contact that course's instructor and schedule an office appointment. Courses are removed two weeks after the end of a term. If you have recently enrolled in a course through Enrollment Services, please note that it takes a minimum of one business day for your new course to appear under My Courses. For example, if you add a course on Tuesday, that course will not appear in BeachBoard until Wednesday. Also, if you drop or are administratively dropped from a course, you will no longer be able to see or access that course on BeachBoard. Unfortunately, there is no way for your instructor, BeachBoard Services, or the Technology Help Desk to "re-enable" your access to a dropped course, even temporarily. The only way you can access a dropped course on BeachBoard is to enroll in that course through Enrollment Services. |
