BeachBoard Services offers free, one-on-one online training by appointment, one-on-one training by drop-in or appointment, face-to-face training workshops, and online how-to videos.

One-on-One Online Training by Appointment

BeachBoard Services now offers one-on-one online training on a variety of academic technology topics of your choosing including how to use BeachBoard to post content or assess students, how to use Respondus to create online and paper-based exams, how to use Elluminate Live! to record your lectures, and much more. Training slots are available on a first come, first served basis and require that you have access to both a telephone and computer with an internet connection.

One-on-One Training by Drop-in or Appointment

Instructors are welcome to stop by BeachBoard Services' offices on the lower level of the University Library, room 012, anytime between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM Monday through Thursday or between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM for one-on-one training on any academic technology topic of their choosing. Appointments are also available.
