Tool Availability

Manage tools > Tool Availability

Tool Availability allows you to change which tools are available to your participants. If a tool is missing from your Control Panel, you might need to make it available from the Manage Tools link.

1. Login to Beachboard
2. Click on your course’s Control Panel.
3. Under Course Options, click on Manage Tools
4. Click the Tool Availability link.
5. In the Available column, select the check box next to the tools you would like to have available in your course.
6. In the Available column, deselect the check box next to the tools you would not like to have available in your course.
7. Click Submit.
