The courses in the BeachBoard archives are organized by Year/Semester--after which we need either the Course Subject Abbreviation, Number, and Section combination or Catalog/Class number to locate the specific archive file. Therefore, it is important to provide BeachBoard Services as much information as possible; otherwise, we may not be able to locate the correct file. "The Year" and "Semester taught" are the single-most important details.
