Remove UsersFor information about removing users from a BeachBoard organization, please scroll down. Removing students from a BeachBoard courseBeginning a few weeks prior to the start of the semester and continuing throughout the semester, BeachBoard Services automatically updates your course roster each morning so that it is identical to the University's official course roster in MyCSULB. There is no need for you remove students from your BeachBoard course roster. When a student drops your course through Enrollment Services or MyCSULB, that student is automatically removed from your BeachBoard course roster the following morning. Removing students who stopped attending classStudents who officially withdraw from your course through Enrollment Services or MyCSULB will automatically be removed from your BeachBoard course roster the following morning. Students who stop attending courses and forget to withdraw from your course will remain on both your official course roster in MyCSULB and your BeachBoard course roster throughout the semester. As long as a student remains enrolled in your course, he or she is entitled to access your BeachBoard course content. Removing instructors incorrectly assigned to your courseWhen you department assigns an instructor to teach a course, BeachBoard Services automatically adds that instructor to that course's BeachBoard course. However, when you department removes that instructor as the official instructor of record, that instructor is not automatically removed from that course's BeachBoard course. The reason for this is that BeachBoard Services wishes to afford the recently removed instructor the opportunity to copy or remove any content he or she may have uploaded to your BeachBoard course. To remove an incorrectly assigned instructor from your course, please contact Technology Help Desk [(562) 985-4959 or helpdesk@csulb.edu] and provide the following information:
