Choosing a Web Browser

Choosing a Web Browser

The Web browser is dependent upon the operating system of a computer. BeachBoard Services strongly recommends Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or later for PC users and Safari 1.2 or later or Firefox 1.0 or later for Mac users.

Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 98 SE, Windows ME

As of July 11, 2006, Microsoft no longer provides security updates or technical support for Windows 95, 98, 98SE, & ME operating systems.

  2. Minimize but do not close the AOL window.
  3. Launch Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox.
  4. Login to BeachBoard https://beachboard.csulb.edu/  using Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox.
