April, 2009
- Developing sample files for ANGEL batch creator (enrollments [accounts] & courses for summer.
- Testing LDAP on Dev now --- then Prod.
- Need to update current user accounts to LDAP.
- Created ticket for SQL for forwarding email.
- BB Login Page being created
- Additional logos and buttons being reviewed.
- May & June intro to ANGEL training scheduled.
- Blackboard exported courses being shipped from VA.
- LDAP configuration taking place.
- Ongoing Peoplesoft integration discussions taking place.
- Training schedule being developed and will be posted by May 4.
- Faculty help files almost completed.
- University graphic designer working on branding with us and UCES.
- XEI (Peoplesoft integration) kick off call and data mapping calls completed. Continue to work on mapping data from PPS to ANGEL.
- First customized training scheduled for 4/7. More to follow.
- First Help pages published to web site. More published every day.
- Help videos are in development.

- Confirm system settings call to take place.
- Environment variables call to take place.
- Advanced onsite training took place Thu., March 12. Attendees: BeachBoard Services, OAT Technical Systems, e-learning consultants, THD, and UCES Media Services.

- Peoplesoft - ANGEL XEI integration calls to be scheduled.
- Test environment available.
- Confirm system settings call to take place.
- Environment variables call to take place.
- Working with university art director re. branding.
- Data integration completed.
- Content development, conversion, and migration call completed.
- Instructional Technology Coordinator position closed.
- Advanced instructor/application training scheduled for March 12-13.
- ANGEL system configuration I & II calls took place.
- Basic system administration training and basic application training took place Feb. 26 - 27. Attendees: Train the trainer model including BeachBoard Services, OAT Technical Systems, e-learning consultants, and UCES Media Services.

- ANGEL implementation technical docs environment set up.
- Implementation kick off call took place.
- Access to CSULB ANGEL production system provided by ANGEL hosting team (1/27).
- ANGEL contract process completed.
