CIO'S MESSAGE - October 17, 2017

Employee Business Forms Will Become Password Protected

As announced in May 2017, and as part of our efforts to enhance our information security and streamline our business processes, commonly used employee business forms are now available from the "Forms" chiclet in the campus single sign-on service (SSO). This makes locating employee business forms easier as they are now in one location and searchable by keyword, department, or the alphabetical list.

To further secure these internal forms, starting October 19, 2017, links to employee forms located outside of the Forms chiclet will redirect to the SSO login page, which requires Campus ID and BeachID password for access. In addition, employee business forms saved in your browser(s) as bookmarks/favorites will no longer work. For these reasons, it is encouraged that you access any employee business forms via SSO.

For any questions or concerns, please contact DoIT-ServiceManagement@csulb.edu or the Technology Help Desk at (562) 985-4959.
