Night Escort Program – Community Service Officers (CSO)

Travel in and around campus safely during night hours. You may request as escort Sunday through Thursday from 6pm to 11pm by using a public pay phone's University Police button or by dialing (562) 985-4101 from a pay phone or cell phone (5-4101 from on-campus phones). If necessary you may request an escort using a Blue Emergency phone.

BeachALERT - Emergency Notification System

The CSULB BeachALERT Emergency Notification System communicates official information to students, faculty, staff and other community members during unforeseen events or emergencies using voice, email, and text messages.
