Joint Ed.D in Geospatial Education

A discussion between the Departments of Geography CSULB and UCLA |
The departments of geography at CSULB and UCLA have agreed to explore the feasibility of a joint Ed.D. in geospatial education targeted to the needs of community college GIS instructors, educational leaders in the movement to mainstream GIS and associated technologies into the K-12 curriculum, and workforce development coördinators and course developers responsible for implementing the geospatial technologies and designing and assessing employee training programs in private industry and government.Documents related to this discussion:
