CSULB Distinguished Speaker Series Features Journalist Seymour Hersh

Pulitzer Prize winning investigative journalist Seymour Hersh will give the keynote address at the second annual CSULB Distinguished Speaker Series on October 15 at 2 pm at the Carpenter Performing Arts Center.

Tickets for the event are $40 with advance purchase. Day of event tickets will be $45. Sponsor tickets are $100, which includes parking, a sponsor reception and luncheon at The Pointe, and preferred seating. Sponsor tables of 10 are also available. University Leaders Outline Initiatives for 2008-09 at Convocation

Hundreds of faculty and staff turned out for Convocation at the Carpenter Performing Arts Center in August to welcome new faculty and hear President F. King Alexander, Provost Karen L. Gould and Academic Senate Chair Praveen Soni highlight achievements of the past year and share their priorities for 2008-09.
