Credential Students Costs - Newly Admitted Credential Students

The average expense to attend CSULB (or Cost of Attendance) is broadly defined as the average cost to attend CSULB for one 9-month academic year (the Fall and Spring semesters).  The Cost of Attendance budget helps you and the Financial Aid Office determine approximately how much money you need to attend CSULB, and how much financial aid you need to meet that goal.

Tuition and fees are paid directly to CSULB, but are only a part of your total education costs.  You also have to budget for room and board (housing and food), books, and transportation. Below are the estimated costs for these items – which, when combined – are your total estimated cost of attendance for one year at CSULB.
