Senior Class Giving

Senior Class Graduating students

Senior Class Giving is a long-running tradition at CSULB and marks our first opportunity to give back to The Beach. While most seniors do not yet have the ability to make large contributions, we can make a difference through participation.

U.S. News & World Report's ranked CSULB as the 4th Best Public Master's University in the West in "America's Best Colleges Guide, " 2010 edition.

U.S. News & World Report's looks at the number of alumni making contributing to the university as a rate of alumni participation when determining CSULB’s national ranking. Since our class accounts for about 4% of the University’s alumni, we can have a significant impact on the value of our degree, making us better candidates for graduate schools and employers.

Before you graduate and join the ranks of fellow CSULB alumni, enjoy one last Beach tradition and give to the Senior Class Giving Program. Together, we can help build the Beach Experience, one gift at a time!

Why should we give to The Beach?

  • Our participation helps to maintain and increase our national ranking, which in turn, makes us good candidates for graduate schools and employers.
  • CSULB has some of the lowest fees in the CSU system. Private support enhances the university’s ability to offer quality education at affordable costs.
  • We can improve the academic or athletic departments that are most important to us, benefiting the faculty and staff we care about, as well as future students to come.
