NEW in 2011

We are announcing the ability to fill out and submit the Payroll Deduction Form online. Just visit the Give to CSULB website and follow the instructions below:

NOTE: The option for Payroll Deduction Program will only appear if you are accessing the internet through the campus network or VPN.

  1. Select "...Enroll in the CSULB Employee Payroll Deduction Program" (as shown below) and click 'Continue.'Screenshot
  2. Select the recipient and enter the desired amount; Click 'Continue.'
  3. Fill out the form with your information and don't forget to check "I hereby authorize..." and click 'Continue.'Screenshot
  4. Click "Submit my Gift" after confirming your information is correct. An email confirmation will be sent to your specified email address.
