As part of the Division of University Relations and Development, the Alumni Records Office is responsible for organizing, maintaining and updating the records of more than 300,000 graduates, parents, friends and community organizations for the specific use of the Development Office, and the general use of the University's colleges and departments.
Most of the University's post-degree contact with its alumni is through Alumni Records. The office maintains informaton about constituents in their database for use in mailing out the University's semi-annual magazine, The Beach Review , as well as sending out correspondence to Beach Fund, contacts and communication from the Alumni Association and University departments.
