EPT/ ELM Online Registration

Use the registration form below only to register on-line to take the EPT and/or ELM at California State University, Long Beach. However, you may take the EPT and/or ELM tests at any CSU campus. Click here if you wish to take the test at a CSU Campus other than CSULB.

Special Instructions for Saturday Sabbath Observers:

If you are unable to take the EPT and/or ELM on the scheduled test dates due to religious reasons, you must register by mail. Please include a letter from an appropriate religious authority along with your registration form. Your request for special arrangements must be submitted by the registration deadline. Do not use the form below to register on-line if you are asking for a non-Saturday administration.

Special Instructions for Disabled Students:

If you have a disability and require special accommodations for taking the examination(s), you must contact the CSULB disability services office in the High Tech Center at 562-985-8712 by the registration deadline. (See General Information). Do not use the form below to register on-line if you are seeking special arrangements due to a disability.

Fees are payable on the day of the test by check or money order (not cash) to “E.T.S.-EPT/ELM” The fee is non-refundable, non-transferable, and subject to change. An admission ticket will be e-mail to you at the e-mail address you enter here approximately one week before the test date you have selected. The admission ticket will tell you where and when you should report on the test date. Before sending the registration form, make sure all required information is complete. Your registration form must be RECEIVED in the “Testing Office” by the registration deadline. By submitting this on-line registration form, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the program procedures and conditions as stated in the EPT/ELM Information Bulletin.
