You will need to pick up a registration packet or request that one be mailed to you. Call (562) 985-4007 to request a registration packet be mailed. If it is too close to the deadline for you to receive a registration packet and return it, please contact the testing office. We will need the following information from you:
- Your complete address, including:
- street name and number
- apartment number (if applicable)
- city, state and zip code
- A day time or message phone number
- Your Campus ID Number
- The name of the major in which you are enrolled or in which you are seeking enrollment
- Your date of birth
- You will need the following items on the test date: check or money order for $10, proper identification, and test-taking materials.
- Make your check or money order payable to CSULB – DO NOT send cash.
- Print your name, last name first, in upper left corner of check or money order, even if your name is already printed on your check.
- Print your Campus ID Number in the lower left or "memo" corner.
- Admission Ticket (with date, time and room label)
- Photo / Signature Identification (California Driver's License preferred)
- Pencils and Pens
- ID Number - CSULB campus student identification number
- All Calculators are acceptable
