Chemistry 111A - Standby Information:

Contact the Testing Office at (562) 985-4007 two days before the test date for Standby Information. If there are spaces available you will be informed of the time and location where you need to report the day of the test. You will need the following items on the test date:

1. A check or money order for $10.00 (made payable to CSULB) will be required to take the test.

Make your check or money order payable to CSULB – DO NOT send cash.

Print your name, last name first, in upper left corner of check or money order, even if your name is already printed on your check.

Print your Campus ID Number in the lower left or "memo" corner.

2. Identification should be a positive picture/signature identification, such as a Driver's License.

Score Report Information and Course Placement:
