ACT Standby Information

ACT Logo A registration bulletin is available for the ACT and the test is administered on the CSULB campus.

Report to:

the Assistance Station at the east end of Liberal Arts 5 (LA5).

When:

30 minutes before the listed reporting time of 8:00 a.m.

What to bring:

  • Calculators are allowed for the math portion of the test. (Please check ACT registration bulletin for acceptable calculators or click on the link here.)
  • A valid identification: California Driver's License, California Identification Card, U.S. Passport or a current student identification.
    Other identification may be approved at Assistance Station.
  • A pen, sharpened pencils and social security number.
  • A completed registration bulletin.
  • The required test fee as listed in the ACT registration bulletin ACT information bulletin

Fees:

Regular Registration Fee:

ACT No Writing: $30.00

ACT Plus Writing: $44.50
Standby Fee: $39.50
Total (check or money order): various

ACT will bill you after the test date for the following:

Test Center Change Fee: $20.50
Test Date Change Fee: $20.50 plus the late fee: $19.00
(A late fee is charged if the change is not made before the last test date deadline.
