Application Process

President’s Scholars Program

The CSULB President’s Scholars Program provides California high school seniors who are qualifying valedictorians from accredited high schools, or National Merit Finalists and Semifinalists, an opportunity to compete for an exceptional full scholarship package. In order to apply for the President’s Scholars Program, high school seniors must first file a separate CSULB admission application by November 30. The deadline for the President’s Scholars Program application is normally no later than the second Monday in January each year. Please check with your high school counselor or call 562-985-2289 to receive more information about the President’s Scholars Program and the application process.
