Timeline, Year Three: Assessment (2008-09)

During the third year, the campus will assess the process to determine the outcomes achieved and the effectiveness of plan implementation. Based on assessment results, strategies and actions will be adjusted as necessary.

TBA Conduct self-evaluation of major IT procedures and services. (Campus Planning, Self Evaluation and IT Transition Plan Subcommittee)
May 15, 2009 Ensure that all administrative web sites that are critical to institutional access conform to baseline accessibility standards. (Web Accessibility Subcommittee)
June 15, 2009 Submit annual Web and Instructional Materials progress reports to Chancellor’s Office. (Web Accessibility Subcommittee and Timely Accessible Instructional Materials Subcommittee)
July 1, 2009 Incorporate accessibility into course development and course content authoring process for all new and existing technology-enabled courses.
August 15, 2009 Submit annual Procurement progress report to Chancellor’s Office. (Procurement Subcommittee)
