California State University, Long Beach is strongly committed to the timely implementation of an Accessible Technology Initiative Work Plan that will provide accessible information technology resources and services to all students, employees, guests and the general public regardless of disability.
This commitment was articulated by President F. King Alexander in an e-mail announcement distributed to CSULB faculty and staff on March 29, 2007.
During April 2007, an article delineating the initiative was published in a campus employee newsletter, Inside CSULB.

It should be noted that some adjustments have been made to ATI organizational structure, committee memberships and campus timeline since the initial campus announcements were disseminated. These adjustments are reflected in the “Organization Chart,” “Accessibility Committees” and “Timeline” areas of this report.
