Fitness and Wellness Classes

A variety of fitness classes are open to CSULB students, faculty, staff and community to join. Participants can join any time and have the option to pay either monthly or per class.

Additional Classes

Tai Chi, fitness walking, scuba diving all been offered in the past. There are more classes and activities to come. Contact the Club Sports and Recreation Office at (562) 985-2570 for details.
