Office Hours

8:00am - 5:00pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
8:00am - 12:00 noon Friday

The Center is CLOSED for childcare on the following dates (FY 2007-2008):

Days of Operation

The Center's days of operation follow the academic year calendar of CSULB. Childcare services are available for the Fall Semester, the Winter Session, the Spring Semester, Spring Break, and Summer Session (through June 30th). The Center is closed on campus holidays, the months of July and August, the week before the Spring Semester begins, and other days as dictated by the academic calendar or per the request of the University or Associated Students, Incorporated.

Infant Toddler Program - Block Scheduling

Morning Session: 8:00am - 12:00 noon
Afternoon Session: 12:30pm - 4:30pm
Full Day Session: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Extended Session: 7:30 - 8:00am or 4:30-5:00pm

Minimum contract for this program is two morning or two afternoon sessions per week. Many experts feel that regular attendance helps children adjust to a new care setting. If you feel that your child may have difficulty adapting to new people and/or a new place, you may want to consider enrolling for at least three sessions per week.

Preschool Program - Flexible Scheduling

Monday - Thursday: 7:00am - 6:00pm
Friday 7:00am - 5:30pm

Minimum contract for this program is three hours per day and two days per week.

School Age Program - Block Scheduling

Kindergarten Program

Morning Session: 8:00am - 11:30am
The minimum contract is two sessions, two days per week.

Afternoon Session: 3:00pm to closing. Limited availability.
The minimum contract is two sessions, two days per week.

Full Day Session: Public School Days off -availability subject to staffing availability.
Monday - Thursday: 8:00am to 6:00pm
Fridays 8:00am to 5:30pm

1st & 2nd Grade Program

Afternoon Session:
Monday - Wednesday: 2:30pm to 6:00pm
Thursday: 1:00pm to 6:00pm
Fridays: 1:00pm to 5:30pm

The minimum contract is two sessions, two days per week. Childcare between
the morning and afternoon sessions is not available.

Full Day Session: Public School Days off -availability subject to staffing availability.
Monday - Thursday: 8:00am to 6:00pm
Fridays: 8:00am to 5:30pm
