CSULB Student Satisfaction 2005: Satisfaction with Services by Frequency of Use

To understand student satisfaction with a wide array of campus services, it is best to look at how frequently students use particular services, so that satisfaction measures can be interpreted appropriately. In other words, what do students with high frequency of use of particular services think of them? Moreover, which services are students most frequently using? Would we like to see more frequent use of some of these services? Could the most frequently used services be better supported?
