Leadership is one of the most important skills we hope to develop in CSULB students. We know that the university setting provides a laboratory for learning inside and outside of the classroom. We want CSULB students to begin their personal leadership journey today. Every student arrives with a different level of skills and we have developed a comprehensive set of programs and leadership opportunities to meet students where they are in their development and take them to the next level.
