What is T3?

T3 is a one-day leadership institute designed as a professional conference for new and experienced campus leaders. It is open to all CSULB students interested in developing their leadership skills, necessary for now, and in future careers. T3 program highlights include a speaker panel, leadership workshops, officer certifications and teambuilding activities. The Dinner Social immediately follows the Institute.

Who should attend T3?

T3 2008 is designed for every CSULB student:

• A new or returning student that is interested in learning how to get involved and become connected on campus.
• A new and experienced student leader/officer that is interested in developing their leadership skills for individual and group work.
• A student organization and it’s officers, members that are ready to complete their certifications to begin programming for the year.

What are the benefits of T3?

By participating in T3, students will:

• Understand leadership roles and responsibilities in student clubs as well as the importance of shared leadership.
• Learn about campus involvement and volunteer opportunities.
• Identify the need for officer certifications for successful goal-setting, programming and evaluation.
• Develop communication, teambuilding and networking skills with fellow students and organizations.
• Network with students during the Dinner Social.
• Earn up to 5 workshop credits toward The Leadership Academy Program.

What's New for T3 2008?

Students will be able to address “Citizenship” as current students, citizens and professionals through the speakers panel, workshops and teambuilding.

What's the Registration Cost for T3 2008?

The Leadership Institute and Dinner Social* registration cost is $5.00

The all-day registration cost includes workshops, certifications, a speaker panel, lunch, dinner and access to the USU Bowling and Billiards. A special thanks to our generous T3 Sponsors for helping to off-set the registration cost.

*Note for Dinner Social:

1. Must attend the Leadership Institute.
2. Must pre-register on-line.

What’s the attire for T3?

It’s casual attire for T3! Show your “Beach” spirit by wearing your CSULB or student organization gear. If you sign-up for the teambuilding workshop, it is recommended that you wear tennis shoes or flats.

When and How to Register?

Online T3 registration is from Monday, August 11th to Thursday, September 11th at 11PM. Please click REGISTER NOW! at the top of this page. To register for T3: select your workshops and reserve your spot for the Dinner Social.
