National Day of Doing Good

Thank you to all the participants for the year of 2009!

What is Make a Difference Day?

Make A Difference Day is the most encompassing national day of helping others - a celebration of neighbors helping neighbors. Everyone can participate. Created by USA WEEKEND Magazine, Make A Difference Day is an annual event that takes place on the fourth Saturday of every October.

For consecutive years the CSULB community, students, faculty, staff and friends will make a difference in the Long Beach Community. Over one hundred and fifty volunteers will participate in this day of service. This involved a partnership between CSULB Volunteers and Rebuilding Together Long Beach.
