Web Services Reporting Form

Student Life and Development encourages the use of campus web services by student organizations. In order to better understand the scope of this need, it is requested that each student organization have an officer (hopefully the President) complete this online form and report what web services are currently being used.

Important: Every student Webmaster is responsible for making sure that their organization's website stays compliant with the web criteria of both the university and Student Life and Development. Visit the university ADA/Accessibility guidelines, if you are interested in learning more.
