There are several different types of requests that you can make, in regards to your organization and use of the university's web technologies and resources. Please make all efforts to collect the current information, before filling out the online forms. We also ask that the forms be filled out by the current "official" organizational officers.
Please use the following form to request a new report be made for your organization's website. Despite who requests the report, only the President and the Webmaster will receive an email when the report is completed and available for viewing (in the previously established report location.)
There are four types of requests that can be made concerning an organization's website. Firstly, you can request free webspace on the university web server for use by your organization for communication with it's audience. Secondly, you can request that your off-campus-hosted website be linked to our website, under your organization name. Thirdly, you can request that your web address be shortened for ease of typing. This short-cut only facilitates the initial URL entry and does not persist for the whole visit to your website. Lastly, you can request a transfer of website maintenance privileges (change of webmaster.)
Student organizations are currently allowed to use a university tool, called "list-servs" or email subscription lists, for free. These allow a single email address to distribute copies of a email to anyone on that list. It is used for both "incoming" contact addresses and for "outgoing" member distribution efforts. NOTE: Limits to this offering have been imposed and it is retroactive in scope.
