Para, the President’s Scholars Program at California State University, Long Beach (CSULB) continues to be the premier scholarship of its kind in the state. Recognized by the California Legislature, the program provides California high school seniors who are qualifying valedictorians from accredited high schools or National Scholars (National Merit Semifinalists/Finalists, National Achievement Program Semifinalists/Finalists, and National Hispanic Recognition Scholars) an opportunity to compete for an exceptional package that includes:
