Application Procedure
Complete McNair applications MUST include the following:
- Completed and signed application form
- Statement of Purpose (no more than two, double-spaced, typed pages)
- Current official transcripts
- Three letters of recommendation from faculty in the major field of study
- Parent's and student's Federal Income Tax Return 1040 Form
Applications are available at the McNair Scholars Program Office (LA3-100), and are accepted during the fall semester of each academic year.
