Telephone Messaging Service

Incoming telephone calls will be received by the hall offices and messages will be placed in the residents mail box during regular hall office operating hours.

Please note: Regular telephone message service is not available when the hall office is closed. After the office closes, a Coordinator is connected to an emergency telephone line to handle serious life or death emergency calls only. In the event of a serious emergency call, the Coordinator would attempt to contact the resident to come to the hall office. Hall offices are open from 10am to 10pm everyday during the academic school year.

Collect calls cannot be accepted at the hall office under any circumstances.

Mail Information for Residential Halls

Mail is delivered to the hall offices each morning where it is sorted and put in the individual mail boxes. It is important to use the resident's name, room number and complete address.
