Rental includes room arrangement of tables, chairs, microphone, podium and riser. We personalize this service by providing an attendant to assist you during your entire event. In addition, we can provide audio-visual equipment and a dance floor for your program or event for an additional fee.
The rental rate for the facility is established by the size of the group, the amount of time the facility will be utilized and whether or not the individual and/or group is affiliated with California State University, Long Beach. As each event is unique, rental rates will vary and will be quoted for each individual event.
