Housing Application Information

Students are encouraged to apply for University Housing once they have been admitted to the university. Remember that University Housing is not guaranteed. Do not make assumptions or rely on information from other students or campus offices. Refer to Frequently Asked Questions for more information. Further questions can be directed to the Housing and Residential Life Office. Thank you for your interest.

2012-2013 Academic Year Housing

HOW DO I APPLY?

  • Current residents:

  1. Apply online from February 13, 2012 at 9am (pst) through February 29, 2012 at 5pm (pst).
  2. Pay the $400 initial fee by March 16, 2012 at 5pm (pst), to maintain application order priority*.

  • New Applicants:

  1. If you are not a current resident, apply for housing starting March 1st, 2012 at 9am (pst).
  2. Pay the $400 initial fee by May 1, 2012 at 5pm (pst), to maintain application order priority*.

A few things to know:

  1. To qualify for application order priority, you must apply and pay the $400 initial fee by the deadlines above. This priority places you in an order based on the date and time you have applied. If you miss a deadline your placement is based on the date and time you pay.
  2. If paying by mail, payment must be received at the housing office by the above deadlines. Postmarks not accepted.
  3. The 2012-2013 Academic Year Housing License is for the Fall 2012 and Spring 2013 semesters (additional charges apply for Semester and Spring Break Licensing). Early cancellation of the license for any reason will result in a cancellation fee of $200.
