As former students, you know how funding your education was as important to you as your studies. Our continuing students are facing many of the same obstacles you faced except these days books cost more, tuition has increased, food is more expensive, affordable housing is difficult to obtain and transportation costs have escalated.

Our students want to succeed more than ever and they are trying to do it with less. It is exceedingly difficult for our students to make ends meet. That is why we are asking you on behalf of the EOP program to lend “a helping hand” to our students. This can be accomplished in many ways. For example, you can devote time to mentor and teach our students the many roads you have taken to success.

Our students need to hear your success stories. Your stories are not only valuable, but instructive. We ask you to share.

Or you can mail us a tax-deductable contribution to EOP/ CSULB Foundation. We promise to use the money in three ways:

To help newly admitted Summer Bridge students with a book scholarship.
To assist students with the cost of applying to graduate school.
To assist students by funding graduate school exams.
