Better than Bootcamp

Better than Bootcamp is not about sweating to sloppy push-ups and pointless jumping jacks! BtB fitness training incorporates the most effective and efficient exercise techniques to supercharge your fitness. Whether your goal is weight loss, running a faster marathon, or simply to get fit and feel better, BtB workout is for you!

Times/ Locations:

Mon/Wed/Fri: 5:30 - 6:30pm

Sundays: 8:00 - 9:00am
Room: PE - 88
