Belly Dancing

Through exercise and choreographed dance moves, participants will be taught basic technique and posture that will:

  • Improve muscle tone and endurance
  • Create a community spirit through dancing
  • Allow participants to gain insight into the Middle Eastern culture

Times/Locations: Fri 6-7pm KIN 107
