March 12 Mindful Dancing Join us for a mindful dance session to stimulate the passion & healing power of a conscious body movement.Relieve stress from the inside-out and experience an inner balance and awareness of your body.
March 19 Yoga: Easy Techniques to De-Stress Learn simple yoga techniques like breathing and stretching that can quickly and easily ber incorporated during your day to decrease stress and increase your overall sense of well-being.
March 26 Mindful Eating 101 Do you eat mindfully or mindlessly? Practice Techniques of mindful eating and hearing to enjoy a healthier relationship with food.
April 9 Conquering Test Anxiety Overcome the anxiety you experience when taking classroom tests and special exams.Understand test anxiety and its causes.Reduce your anxiety with creative guided imagery.
