Eligibility Requirements for CAMP
Students may be eligible to participate in CAMP by meeting one of the following three criteria:
- If they or their parents have spent a minimum of 75 days during the past 24 months in migrant or seasonal farm work
- If they participated in or are eligible for the Migrant Education Program.
- Students must provide a copy of their "Certificate of Eligibility (COE)" or for work performed more than 2 years ago, fill out the CSULB CAMP "Proof of Work" form. Call the CAMP office at (562) 985-2002 for clarification.
- If they were ever involved in programs under the Workforce Investment Act for migrant and seasonal farmworkers.
Additional Requirements
Students must meet the minimum qualifications for attendance at CSULB or may qualify for alternative admissions consideration through the Educational Opportunity Program (EOP).
Students must be full-time, first-year freshmen, California residents with U.S. citizenship or legal permanent residency.
