Student Satisfaction, Learning Outcomes and Program Quality

Our office created an assessment tool to provide feedback on CSULB student satisfaction and program quality.  The instrument was sent via email to solicit participation and 228 students responded.  Of the 228 students 65% were female and 35% male.  The tool was ADA compliant and was available for students to complete for 7 weeks.  We enticed participation by offering an iPod and one elective credit in our leadership program.  We have included the instrument and results for your review.  Below are responses from the survey that directly linked to our mission statement.
