Student Feedback Form
The student feedback form was designed to evaluate student satisfaction with services. In fall 2008, a random sample of student feedback forms were distributed to EOP students for a one month period. One hundred and twenty seven students asked to rate five items as outstanding, good, average, fair, or poor. Students also had the opportunity to make comments. Quantitative results were as follows:
